LX Pantos has opened the TDL Lab, a robot- and AI-based logistics technology testing space at its Megawise Cheongna Logistics Center in Incheon, in partnership with seven domestic and foreign technology firms. The lab will validate automation for cargo transport, storage, sorting, picking and container loading, moving the company from a workforce-centered model toward warehouses where robots and AI share the workload, with a long-term goal of full unmanned operations. LX Pantos also plans to form a "TDL Alliance" to roll out proven solutions across its contract logistics business.
