In short
Logistics Reply has launched the LEA AI Agent Authority Model alongside LEA Dynamic Intelligence, a framework designed to help warehouse operators decide how much decision-making authority AI agents should hold for each operational task. Reply executives stress that AI maturity is organisational while agent authority is contextual, and that authority should be extended only as trust and operational evidence grow.
