· Source: unite.ai

In short

ABB Robotics launched an end-to-end vision-based physical AI solution that integrates its AI Robot Trainer into the Fashion Inductor functional module for fashion logistics, reducing engineering and commissioning effort by up to 75%. The system uses pre-trained fashion-specific vision models, closed-loop retraining and a digital twin to continuously optimize robot performance. It targets throughput of up to 1,300 items per hour per cell with picking accuracy above 99.5%, and ABB plans to expand the approach across more vision-based applications through Q1 2027.
