In short
A new Logistics Reply survey of supply chain, operations and technology leaders shows warehouse AI adoption is still early, with nearly half of organizations evaluating or piloting the technology and most using it for decision support rather than autonomous action. Reporting and analytics (31.5%) and slotting or replenishment (26.9%) lead current use cases, while budget constraints (25%) and data quality (22.1%) are the top obstacles. Respondents cite better operational visibility (33.3%) as the biggest value delivered so far and name autonomous decision-making as the largest untapped opportunity.
