In short

Online retailer Zalando and CEVA Logistics have begun live operations of AI-powered dual-arm robots to process fashion returns at logistics facilities in Greven, Germany and Świebodzin, Poland. Delivered as a Robotics-as-a-Service model, the deployment is the first phase of a wider initiative to expand automated returns handling across Europe while reducing physical strain on warehouse employees.
