DHL Global Forwarding has launched DHL TradeNavigator, an AI-powered tool within its TradeConnect environment that lets customers query customs declaration data using natural language for instant analytics and insights. The tool covers duty spend, clearance performance, tariff exposure, and compliance trends, building on customs data from more than 75 countries. DHL says pilot testing showed the tool can surface declaration inconsistencies and hidden duty patterns within seconds, while complementing its 4,000-plus customs experts.
