Robinson has deployed AI agents across ocean shipping, air freight and customs brokerage, cutting price quote turnaround from two to three days to two to three minutes and delivering more than 80,000 quotes for over 3,600 customers. In customs, agents handle more than 48 document types and have reduced time spent by 23%. The company, which manages 37 million shipments a year worth $23 billion, is expanding the capability from North America to Mexico, Europe, Latin America, Oceania and, from Q4 2026, Asia, the Middle East and Africa.
