A vulnerability in Anthropic's AI coding tool Claude Code could enable supply chain attacks by abusing its automation features. Researchers from Adversa.AI discovered that attackers can upload malicious GitHub repositories that, when automatically downloaded by Claude Code, can gain remote control of a developer's device with administrator privileges.
