C.H. Robinson has rolled out new AI agents that price ocean and air freight, manage ocean bookings and automate much of the documentation needed for U.S. customs clearance. The 3PL says agentic quoting has already produced more than 80,000 quotes for over 3,600 customers, cutting quote turnaround from one to three days down to two to three minutes, while customs document handling time has dropped 23 percent.
