Loadsmart has expanded its AI platform from six to eleven AI agents for enterprise shippers, adding five new agents covering purchase order follow-up, detention handling, dock door management, yard task orchestration and warehouse customer service. The agents operate on top of existing TMS, WMS, YMS and ERP systems through email, phone, chat and browser channels, completing 70 to 90 percent of tasks autonomously with Loadsmart freight experts closing the remainder. The company targets having an agent running inside a shipper's rules within roughly three months of a proof of concept.
