Robinson is extending its Lean AI platform to ocean shipping, deploying AI agents that quote full-container ocean freight and air cargo for customers in the US, Canada, Mexico, Europe, Latin America and Oceania. The agents have already generated more than 80,000 price quotes for over 3,600 customers, cutting quoting times from days to about two to three minutes. The company is also automating ocean bookings and customs documentation, reducing customs-related work time by 23%.
