EMRO, an AI-based supply chain management software company, has won its first European customer by supplying its SRM SaaS solution 'Caidentia' to a leading European energy solutions firm through a Samsung SDS overseas subsidiary. Caidentia automates the comparison and analysis of bills of materials and supports the full development procurement process, from new product development to supplier selection. Following three North American clients secured since 2024, EMRO plans to expand sales to European automotive and IT corporations.
