The offering links menu planning to supply chain decisions such as recipe costs, ingredient availability, purchasing and responsible sourcing, supported by Hospitality IQ solutions including Mosaic AI Supply Chain, Culinary Co-Pilot and the Sourcient sourcing intelligence platform.
