Safexpress is moving from GPS-based shipment visibility to artificial intelligence, automation and data-led processes across its pan-India logistics network. The company has deployed generative AI for customer interaction and agentic AI, through its internal SIA platform, to automate invoice verification for more than 15,000 credit customers. Alongside a network of 2,750 offices, 853 gateways and 105 logistics hubs, Safexpress is renewing its fleet on a three-to-four-year cycle and targets 1,000 electric vehicles for first- and last-mile operations.
