· Source: myjoyonline.com

In short

KPMG's third Africa CEO Outlook finds that 79% of African CEOs are confident in their own organisations' growth and 86% reported revenue growth last year, yet only 58% expect annual earnings growth of at least 2.5% over the next three years versus 68% globally. Cybersecurity and supply-chain resilience (31% each) top the threat list, while AI is a priority for 72% of CEOs even though just 14% believe their organisations are moving at the right pace, a 52-percentage-point gap versus global peers. CEOs are responding with investment in cyber resilience, AI integration and workforce reskilling.
