In short

CargoAi presented at TIACA's Air Cargo Forum the results of a seven-year build-out of its air cargo data and connectivity platform, on which a single production AI agent reads quote requests, answers airline customer mailboxes, drafts forwarder quotes and chats on WhatsApp. The company reports that its AI has read 446,000 shipment requests in two years, handled 105,000 airline customer emails in 2026 — about 70% of which are answerable rate, tracking or booking queries — and that Auto Quote drafting plus AirAgent replies return tens of thousands of hours of desk time to commercial work each month. Customers including STRACKER and Flexport are building their own agents on CargoAi's APIs and MCP Connector.
