Neura Robotics Expands Into Healthcare With Autonomous Hospital Transport Robot

· Source: theaiinsider.tech

In short

Neura Robotics is launching Neura HealthTech, a dedicated healthcare business unit, together with an autonomous mobile robot that moves empty beds and sterile goods through hospitals while connected to the company's Neuraverse physical AI ecosystem. Citing a WHO forecast of a 4.1 million healthcare worker shortage in the EU by 2030, the company estimates that roughly 20 moves a day could free more than 1,300 staff hours annually for patient care. The systems will be offered through partners under a Robotics-as-a-Service model, with further applications planned via the Maira cognitive robot arms and the Mipa service robot.
