In short
Flexport released a Model Context Protocol server that lets shippers' AI agents — including Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or internal tools — track shipments, search rates and book freight in plain language without logging into the platform. The launch accompanies an expanded Customs Technology Suite with customizable real-time audit rules and AI-assisted HTS classification, plus Atlas routing across air, rail and barge, and a new automated fulfillment center outside Chicago running on more than 350 robots.
